After submission of form, DC will verify that collection is not repeated and will liaise with you on collection of your free gift.

Participants for FREE GIFT Program is aware that your submission of brief particulars to DC is to verify that your particulars are true and correct as well as to ensure there is no false submission or flouting of FREE GIFT Program terms & conditions. It also ensures fair practices for all the participants as well as for DC.

Participant is also aware that FREE GIFT Program is implemented to create awareness, build rapport with participants who may/may not become DC customer and for goodwill purpose.

FREE GIFT is give away by drawing lots (default) and participants are not allowed to choose the FREE GIFT.

Free Gift collection is also not exchangeable for cash.

Participant must check the FREE GIFT at collection counter to ensure the item is in good condition. No exchange is allowed once the gift has been collected or passed into participant's hands.

Participant is aware that personal and confidential details may be collected and will be (a) kept for record purposes and in case of statutory compliance (b) to send update of products, promotions and freebies if any (c) for DC's accounting purposes

DC reserves the right to alter or amend on terms and conditions of FREE GIFT collection and give away.

FREE GIFT has time line and availability such as within a season or a month, specify on the website. Once program has ended, participant can no longer collect the FREE GIFT.

DC reserves the right to abolish or stop the FREE GIFT Program at any time.

FREE GIFT Program terms and conditions may be revised or amended from time to time, decided by DC.

DC shall not hesitate to cancel/reject any participant to FREE GIFT Program in the event if participant has given wrongful or false information/particulars to DC or breach of program terms and conditions. In this regards, DC reserves the right to recall any free gift already collected by participant.

There shall not be any legal proceedings or lawsuits for all party(ies) as well as DC in this FREE GIFT Program as this is purely a FREE program that benefit all parties.
