Every $1 made on your purchases is equivalent to 1 PV point. 

PV points can be accumulated to exchange for merchandises.

All PV point is valid for 1 year . PV points  are not exchangeable for cash, only on Exchange Items (click)site.  

 Only member can participate in barter trade exchange. 

Members who have used or new items are entitled  to barter trade for another merchandise from DC product  list of equal value. Members can also exchange for services from DC Members with equal value  and subject to agreeable service pricing by DC Member service provider(s). 

 DC will provide best valuation of your item at a price Member is willing to exchange. 

Member Card can only be used by member holder is non transferable. Member making a purchase can quote membership number so that PV points will be updated. 

In the event of lost of member card, a replacement card is chargeable at S$10.00 (Admin Fee). 

 Member(s) and used of this website and participating in DC programs are subject to terms and conditions.

Members get together for business exchanges so as to broaden business opportunities and opening to new avenues for their businesses.

DC reserves the right to add and amend membership terms and conditions from time to time. DC reserves the right to remove or struck off a member due to misconducts or in the event of member conducts in a manner that is detrimental to the interest of DC and its programs.
